We find us in the second big school stage where is key to endow our students of the basic competences and the tools needed to success at the Secondary Education (ESO)

Teachers work for our student to develop the personal and social skills that will help them to know and live the values, to have a good relation between equals, to develop the capacity for effort, creativity, autonomy and entrepreneurship.

The strategies we use to accompany our students in this second stage of school are:

Educació Primària
  • The vehicular languages of the centre, which are: Catalan, English and Spanish.
  • CLIL methodology: Arts and Science in English
  • Work in flexible groups and unfolding, help us to respect he different learning rhythms.
  • The personalized tutorial action for each student and each family.
  • Learn, teach and evaluate by competences.
  • Certified evaluation: our students obtain the best results in the external evaluations (6th Basic Competences, Cambridge ESOL exams ...)
  • We promote study habits and techniques to help students become more autonomous and more responsible.
  • Work by projects: to promote intentionality, cooperative work, research and critical thinking.
  • The use of new technologies creating new models of teaching and learning more attractive and pedagogical and adapted to the different learning rhythms of students. Our classrooms are equipped with smartboards. Students from the 5th grade have their own iPad as a work tool.
  • We use of our Intranet by students, teachers and families.
  • This “virtual classroom” gives a wide range of resources and facilitates parents to follow the day of the activities that take place inside and outside the centre.
  • In addition to the physical benefits, sport allows us to develop the knowledge of oneself and others through teamwork. More than twenty extracurricular activities help us achieve this goal.
  • The excursions and “Convivencies” allow the knowledge of the environment and the work of values.
